I am sure this has probably been asked but does countersong counter the wardrummer effect?

The Wardrummer's drumbeats are not Commander Effects, nor do they explicitly state that they are countered by countersong (see: Harpy), therefore Countersong does not slow down a Drumbeat.

Although i think countersong SHOULD counter the effects of the drumbeat, it doesn't.
