Subject: vicious attack vs.... vicious attack?

has the eye of gruumsh's vicious attack wording been replaced by the wording from the balor and epic nerull's vicious attack? or do they have 2 different abilities of the same name? (I'm at work and don't have access to the wizards site or my rulebook)
if the eye's take 5 damage with a hit has been replaced particularly by tripleing damage on a crit, it just got a HUGE boost in power.

it takes 5 damage.. they happened to reuse the rules

No i guess that each one gets his abilities as stated in the cards, i guees we don´t see it in a rulebook and they should be explained
