| That's a speculative question considering there is no official format for 300 point games. I would probably have to say no if I were making the rules. Otherwise you'd only be able to utilize some of the lower end epic figures but not all of them. Either that or I'd still enforce the 70% rule although doing so wouldn't matter much if you're not using epics or huges.

| The current "official" rules support 200 and 500 point play, so, if you wanted 300, it would be up to the judge or players (if there's no judge).

i played 3 way 350 pt bands and I decided 70% ruling. You get some epics but not all

| I'd just maintaint the 70% rule which would allow some epics into play.
Even in 500 pt play the only creature the 70% rule would exclude is the Nightwalker so I'd always use it unless stated otherwise.
Using the 70% rule gets interesting when building a 225pt band for the Dread Enemy Scenario. Those 25 points would allow two figures that aren't legal at 200pts, the Dragon Totem Hero (a moderate upgrade) and Rikka who goes from ho-hum to oh-no. | |
