| That is crazy! Dual FB + Dual IM wins the day. Guess CG isn't so down and out as we thought. But then again, sounds like Cesare didnt have to face any dual HGB bands.

| I think this shows that as important as the band is the player piloting it is the main force.
CG is week on newer main pieces what I like is the fact that older pieces were still used and proved effective. | | Unto Death We Strive,

That came from WotDQ - WotC shipped it to Kiddoc prior to his flight out... I had to bite my tongue because he sent me a picture of it, fighting Rikka, just before he flew to the UK! The Big suprise! | | Winter Fantasy, Wardrums Pre-release Champion

| Aha! That's funny! It seems like every 3rd or 4th post here in the skirmish forums over the past few weeks have been about improving Chaotic Good, and how CG isn't exactly tier one.
Well, I haven't seen any reports, and it sounds like people are saying there weren't many Hill Giant Barbarians at this championship, thus CG had a chance, but it is still heartening that CG did so well. | | Alfred O. Cloutier -Trading History - BLAULB!

| I went there with a CG Inspired Wemic Pyromancer band and all 3x CG Inspired bands (Cesare from Italy, Adkainen and me from Germany) went 5-1 in the constructed.
So out of the top 8 there were 3x times CG Inspired bands. One Marut/Couatl/Ballista band (Avarice my buddy from Germany). 4x LE Beater bands (Tino from Germany, Marco from Italy, David from the UK and Sammael from Serbia). | | My Haves and wants: http://www.maxminis.com/hw_list.asp?user=Janos_M.

| CG does it once again! Who would´ve thought? But isn´t it a bit strange that there were so few HGBs present?
Well, I´m glad that a "rogue-"band won and not some standard Helmed Horror or whatever band.
And congratulations to my fellow Germans, 4 players in the Top 8, fantastic! | I think the Hill Giants weekness is the morale save. Out of the 8 quarter final bands there was only one with no fearless hitters and that one came in 4-2 not 5-1 like the others did.
But David scott had the hardest time and made the bestof it against all this fearless warbands in the 200 constructed. | | My Haves and wants: http://www.maxminis.com/hw_list.asp?user=Janos_M.

If I remember right I came in 3rd after 6 rounds of 200 constructed and 6th or 8th after 4 round of sealed. | | My Haves and wants: http://www.maxminis.com/hw_list.asp?user=Janos_M.

The champ faced Marco Moretto playing a 3x Helmed Horror, Dark Naga, Snig band. Who later faced me after also finishing 2nd in the Epic tournament. | | POST DISCLAIMER: Above post may contain humor. Yeah, sealed was good fun, albeit a little unfair on my opponents with my pulls..
I feel the need to point out, that I got some stupidly good pulls (AGAIN) in the sealed. Aspect Or Moradin, Warforged Scout, HGB... I even pulled a Zakya, but playing the HGB was obviously a better choice ;)
Only person who got better pulls than me was Peter who pulled 2 (!!!) War Trolls. | | | |
