I'd have to vote for:

1) Zakya Rakshasa (one of my favorites & LE) [:p]
2) Orc Wardrummer (it cost me a game with with saves boost) [V]
3) Hill Giant Barbarian (big beatstick) [}:)]

My .02

1)Hill Giant ________ I'm transfering over the G-series to 3.5 so these will make the RPG more fun.

2)Warforged Barbarian - My favorite sculpt in the set

3) War troll - The fig I've played the most out of this set.

Well, this is the skirmish board, so from a skirmish-only perspective:
1. OWD. He's in almost every CE warband that is talked about. Heck, he's replaced having an actual commander in some builds.
2. Hill Giant Barbarian. He wouldn't show up nearly as often without the OWD, but he does do well for himself.
3. Sacred Watcher. I think he's going to make Cursed Spirits a risky choice for a long while.
4. Warforged Scout. Cheap enough to be worth it after just 1 round, with enough hp that he'll probably last at least that long.

LE and CG didn't get anything that is an absolute auto-include like the OWD or Warforged Scout. They got some nice pieces (Zakya in particular), but nothing like the OWD.

Well it seems that the Orc Wardrummer is getting the most love out of the wardrums set.

I don't find it too much of a suprise, as this is the skirmsh board. ;) I find as far as RPG goes its not really that useful, but as far as skirmsh goes it does really well. I think the sculpt is ok but not rockin like some others :)

It would be very unlikely for unlikely events not to occur.

when i think about mvps, I tend to consider who adds the most to their faction. taken in that light, the obvious choice is the wardrummer. and while the sacred watcher has more bang for your buck, I think the scout adds more to LG than the watcher does. nonetheless:

One that nobody has mentioned as yet:
Terror wight

as far as skirmish stats go its not that useful, but as far as RPG goes - I like the sculpt, it makes for a great horde of undead (zombies, wights, gouls/gasts, vampire spawn etc.) AND its a common so easy to pick up and have a lots for the horde!

It would be very unlikely for unlikely events not to occur.

war forged scout

if for no other reason than I hate to see them in my opponents warband. Instantly in the vcitory area? and I probably can't rout him in one round.

Only voting skirmish here as this is skirmish forum:

Sacred Watcher

Bodyguard, OWD, and Zak are close. But for bang for the buck and meta-game shake up value, Watcher is the man.

Im out- find me on Hordelings if you want to chat.

Being the CE fan that I am, my vote is for the Orc Wardrummer. My favourite low cost MVP has to be the Trog Thug, who has saved my ass on more than one occassion in the past few weeks!

I think I have to go with the Wartroll. Shuluth would be a close second, but the troll has proven himself in my bands just a little more.
