I'd try, and probably will try something like this;

Hobgoblin Talon of Tiamat, 37p
Large Green Dragon, 51p
Redspawn Firebelcher, 39p
Redspawn Firebelcher, 39p
Diseased Dire Rat, 14p
Diseased Dire Rat, 14p
Goblin Skirmisher, 3p
Goblin Skirmisher, 3p

Good damage, and good attack bonuses. Flanking Green Dragon has an attacl bonus of +19/+17/+17, and Belchers go for +18. That kind of attack bonuses can even hit a marut with pretty good chances. Plus you get alot of auto-damage with the belches and breathweapons. Good solid fodder, and the DDRs are great in VP grapping and VP denial.

I think he's great and will definately see play. Just wish he brought along CE Dragons too. I'd love to bring in the new small black wyrmling but he probably doesn't because bringing in Large Red would probably be too much.

I'm drooling ::slurp:: [}:)]

The possibilities with ALL of the new and old dragons are boggling.

How about LGD with its smaller brother. Use the small fella to lead frog over big brother and flank opponent with his speed F12.

Just a thought.

Yeah... I wish they'd factored in something like "All LE/CE dragons less than 20 points" for his warbanding or something... make the blue, black, and white a little more playable... still should be REALLY interesting.

I wish he could bring fang dragon across. If that could get +3 attack in the faction with cheap magic weapon, he (dragon) would be sick.

Mina can bring the Fang Dragon over. Tad bit costly way, but an option.

I think the "H"-ToT is very specific and will of course bring in a new era of dragonspawn playing. I'm not really to keen or excited about that.

heh I doubt there will be a peice made that will help Mina to actually be useable. What she needs, is another peice that has Bestow Curse. And it hasnt happened for several sets now, so I just dont foresee it happening. So sad too, the peice would actually have some sort of viability if the Commander Effect would work.

And that´s what will happen with this Commander 3. I think he´s pretty bad, give me Urthok anyday.

I dont mind CR 3 so much, since there's plenty like that in LE. The main problem is the fact that there is little incentive to actually use him. If you are using dragonspawn, sure he's all right. But unless you are playing a whole dragonspawn warband, Urthok is justa superior choice in every way.
