| I won't go into overly much detail here, because we're moving in a day and I just don't have the time, but I bought the book, and I'm very disappointed. I thought that some of the traps were WAY overpowered for the CR, and many of the other ideas/issues/addendum were either completely superfluous, overly intuitive, or just plain useless.
I was really hoping for a supplement that would help me add more depth to my game in terms of flavor and support, not necessarily rules and dice-rolling challenges. I know the two aren't mutually exclusive, but why must they be inextricabily intertwined to the writers? I guess I was just hoping for something with a little more creativity and a little less "here's some more stats and crunch for ya!"... | |
