Remove Disease or a Heal spell can cure it. If cast by a LVL 12 (minimum), and cast within the first three days of the attack.
A Remove Curse or Break Enchantment can also work if cast during the during the three days of the full moon. The character (presumably the one with Lycanthropy) must make a DC 20 Will save in order for the Remove Curse/Break Enchantment to work.
Natural Lycanthropes cannot be cured--but since they don't have the "fun" requirements regarding alignment shifts, etc. I don't think they'd WANT to be cured. | | Champion of the Werewolf Lord, Knight of Anything Duergar, and Squire of Things Gnollish List reset with the start of previews for each new set...got Chainmail®?

| I live for Lycanthropy.
Oh, and I presume Wish or Limited Wish would work as well. Maybe not the Limited, but I'd think that Wish would certainly do it.
The info for my previous post was all in the Monster Manual (pg. 178), in case you need to recheck it in the future. | | Champion of the Werewolf Lord, Knight of Anything Duergar, and Squire of Things Gnollish List reset with the start of previews for each new set...got Chainmail®?

| | You can also cure lycanthropy without magic. You must eat a fresh spig of belladonna (wolfsbane) within an hour of the attack. You do have to make a couple of saves when you do this though an initial fort save DC 20 to shake off the affliction if a healer administers the herb you can use his heal check instead. Then you have to make a poison check because belladonna is toxic, DC 13. | | | |
