Lawful rogues strike me as counterintuitive in the first place, but it's your character so the choice is your, of course. That high wis opens up rogue/cleric as a viable path also. | | Featherfall??! | Depending on what feats you have been taking, there are many ways in which you can go.
After 10th level, the only major attractions of the rogue class are the continued high skill points, the increased sneak attack and possible another special ability. The down side is the continued d6 hitdice in an increasingly lethal environment and the decreasing number of monstrous opponents that can be sneak attacked.
By taking levels in monk, you gain a few more points of armour class, if you are wearing no armour or if your ex-armour was worse than your WIS modifier(Which it honestly shouldn't be at this stage), The ability to hit things with your bare hands and an upgrade to a d8HD.
Levels in cleric at this point give you some cursory healing ability, some decent magical augments (rogues love to detect magic and alignment/undead), not to mention the self-buffs at 3rd.
Paladin locks you in with an alpha BaB and d10HD and some sweet class features that mesh well if you have at least a decent CHA
Ranger gets mostly the same for you as the paladin except you focus more on hitting stuff and if I remember right, there is a feat out there somewhere that lets you sneak attack favoured enemies such as plants or undead. (For the life of me can't remember where I saw it)

| | I'd probably vote for the two-weapon version of the Ranger as your best option at this point. More sneak attack dice is just redundant, and that's about all you get from more levels of rogue. | A great prestige class to consider... Shadow Dancer. As a halfing rogue, you are probably really good at hiding and there is very little in the game that is as dangerous as Hide in Plain Sight. Some of the advantages you get from above 10th level rogue are pretty good, improved evasion and skill mastery are just two of them.
I am one of the people that is a big fan of multiclassing but not of changing to a spell casting class late in the game. You are at 12th level now so if you were to multiclass to cleric, you would be able to cast Bulls Strength at the same time that the guy that has been running straight cleric is able to cast Symbol of Death. The power just isn't there. That is the problem we are having in our current game. The rogue multiclassed to Abjurer and is a 7th level rogue / 3rd level abjurer. So when our Wizard / Mage of the Arcane Order is blasting shit away with fireball / lightning bolt / hold monster, he doesn't have the hit points to help the fighters out and can't cast any magic that really makes a big difference. His spells are not strong enough to hurt the types of opponents we are running into now. What he does during most combats is firing his crossbow. One non magical crossbow bolt per round is not worth a share of the treasure and the EXP. We are likely to kick the character out of the party because he is just dead weight.

| | If you go monk, the halfling monk substitution levels from races of the wild would be very helpful. You lose flurry of blows, but gain skirmish. Skirmish adds +Xd6 damage and +X AC (level dependent) after moving at least ten feet, and the bonus damage stacks with sneak attack. Rogue/Monk has a pretty poor to hit, so only your first attack is likely to hit anyway, no need to stand there and make iterative attacks only to be promptly pummeled on your foe's turn. | | Champion of the Entire Monster Manual 1! | Sometimes, a few fighter levels are just good and helpful. The first four tend to be very good, since you can get 3 bonus feats and can grap weapon specialization. Your BAB also goes up by 4, and you get a d10 HD. You can even use the fighter levels to go dual-wield.
Scout can also be an interesting choice, but it's 3/4 BAB. It does have a lot of skill points and some interesting extra abilities.
