| | I hope to have players show up, the store where I run DDM (later today) did not received their kit yet, so I have had to create something in the last day to run. | | First peon to make it to "Knight Warlord" Completed Trades -148- | |

| I ran the "Assault on the Fane of Lolth" for Game day today. Not bad, but as the adventure was only 4 pages and 10 rooms, it didn't take long once we got going.
The other guy DMing did the same thing - he killed off all the characters?!?!?!?! I couldn't believe it. Of all the days to be a rigid DM, I don't think today was it. The only thing is that I think he was DMing a bunch of regulars to his game, so everyone knew him. Still, he coulda fudged the numbers here or there. | | Have/Want list: http://maxminis.com/hwlist.asp?user=tomas Reference thread: http://maxminis.com/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=6938 Trades Completed(51):Unearthed Arcana, arcabious(x2), Noghri, phrennzy, jgsugden, BigBC, maniacal_mini_monger, cyderakk, Chaotic Good, symbiotesx2, Nixlord, dagonet(x2), Red Ranger, Zaukrie, Thatoneguy, Schooly_D, arbados(x2), scottbis, Thailfi(x2), Chiaroscuro, dumdragon, jedijon, DrX, ckissee, time bandit, the1ring, scallamander, sttmxn, Lance H, qstor, Thor, glumag, Urban Druid, xuthal, jaidenshea, Ghendar, Nurvel, raymo13, ickthegreat, Primarch, WakeXX, kyrin, Crisisman, desiderata, smetzger, Vrecknidj, Frostrune Trades Pending(): BAD TRADES(3):Satsujin Kingyo, Wraith, Yo Hon Email: thompmar@hotmail.com

| The group I was in included two kids(about 10) who had never played before I helped them understand how to play there characters and the DM took it pretty easy on them. No one died but two of us were unconcious after the final battle. The kids were having fun(get them while there young) and we gave them the packs of game play minis so they could continue at home so all in all mission acomplished. | | | |

| Well I actually played on Friday, only did the Fane adventure, which they were running every two hours. Two in our group died, the rogue early on against the Half-Ogre Barb, and our cleric in our last fight. I was the Wizard and actually at one point was the only one standing!
Unfortunately no other games were being run, but the place is designed for all forms of miniature/card gaming. IIRC two tables are always covered in terrain for GW Warhammer, and another table while we played had two or three groups going at it with Heroclix. So the point being not ideal for Role-playing.
I'd say though it was definitely more successful than last years WWGD. | | "I was sittin' here eatin' my muffin, drinkin' my coffee, replayin' the incident in my head, when I had what alcoholics refer to as a moment of clarity." - Jules Winnfield Sales/Trades Bad (1): Ironfist Boulderbender Trades/Sales completed (8.): Danthl, Dafrca, Garyaxe, qillan_dvra, realmaster, Vandal_Savage, cavedweller, unearthed arcana. I don't know what that stands for, but it's an excellent name for a place for geeks like us to hang out.
Last year I sent out an email for game day to my entire department at the university, and got no responses, so I just flaked this year. | | "Why am I all sticky and naked? Did I miss something fun?" -Vindicated champion of Tordek, Dwarf Champion

| I think EMP is some funny shaped building in Seattle that some famous guy made.
Wait I think EMP means Experimental Music Project. Or I am crazy or both. | | Jason Slingerland

| | Why is WWGD on a Monday. Seems a poor choice. Shouldn't it be on a Saturday or something? | | Vindicated Night Below Champion of the Digestor!!!
