| With Me, Mike and you not showing up for minis I doubt there will be enought for the game at Allgoods.
I think the new pay structure will prevent the minis game from being able to grow anymore at Allgoods.
A new player like Darell for example would have to pay $10.00 to play in a tourney or pay $25.00 for a pass that he will not use.
I think most mini players will show up at Mike's on Thrusday. After that we will see what shakes out. | | Yes I am Gelatinous.

| I think we should have a good showing at the pad Thursday night. We will have more than enough space to support our group.
Anyone know or hear if Frank is in town still? I think he will be shocked and surprised at the developments since last Thursday. | | What are you worried about? It's only a sleeping giant.

| I too will be heading to Mike's on Thursday. I have family visiting for a couple weeks, so I was not planning on buying a pass for August anyway since I would not get the use out of it. It also looks like Ray's campaign will be coming to an end since Alan will be moving away at the end of the month and he was the only other player there consistantly. So - even in September, I'd only be involved with minis and the pass still seems a bit steep just for that. I will try to make the meeting on Monday, but given that my parents will be in town, I may not be able to make it.
On an unrelated note - given that the campaign I'm currently playing in is probably going to end, I'd like to get involved in another. I know spaces are tight, but if a spot opens up, keep me in mind. Thanks. | | A Proud Gelatinous Dude

| maybe Tom's new campaign with the kobolds. if it ever starts. If not I might be doing an extra game in the fall. Darrell wants to try so I said I see what can be set up for the fall. God knows how I could manage another game, but I survive. [:D]
So there go Tom a Deadline get started on the krazy kobold killing kampaign already. | | Yes I am Gelatinous.

| I'm also hoping to start DMing again, and would like to start a campaign in mid-sept/early-oct.
Likely theme to be very gothic - lots of austere cathedrals, dark forests, dour knights and pale skinned maidens with tender throats. May use the alternative alignment rule - relativism rather than absolutism and variable spell DCs.
Until the end of august I will have no time to work on it, so it may change considerably. | | Champion of the Huge Green Dragon *cough* Cyan *cough* Bloodbane *cough* | |

| That sounds interesting, but maybe a tad too advance for me to try to bring darrell in. [:)]

| What is up with that? Was there a warning that this might happen?
I'll email if I can make the game, I have looked into DCI at home - you should get a few set up as judges/organizers as they can't play in a DCI game the same night they judge. Other than that it is pretty easy. We play mostly non-DCI because it is more fun for everyone.
Sorry to hear about the game pass, yikes.

| Wow, once again things pan out to chaos... That being said, glad to see that the game'n group has stayed intact. As I seldom make it to many event's my two cent's may not hold much sway... But for what it's worth I am very interested in the meet that is planned for Monday, I won't be off until 8ish if I can I'll get off earlier. With everything that has recently gone down I think this is one of the more important gatherings that will be held.
Until then.

There may be room for you in Saunders Iron Heroes game. He was mentioning last night that he wouldn't mind a couple more folks. I had talked to Tom about it already and I could check with him to see if he can take on a 6th player as well. | | What are you worried about? It's only a sleeping giant.
