| Hey all,
Glad to hear that people had a good time with Dragon Day. Sorry that I did not make it out, a last minute change with work schedule again. One of these days once I get 100% permanent work (or as close to it as can be had these days) I will have a regular schedule.
Starting Thursday the 14th I can get out to regular skirmishes again, and even a regular Saturdays starting at the end of June (the Pre-release for sure and the Release if we get it).
Until then, Saturdays are crazy with work.
Cheers to all, and have fun with the league until I somehow come out of nowhere and beat you all. Yeah, that's it, beat you all.

I had three, but rob already got one. I sometimes want to refresh my collection then I get all one rare. It gets quite annoying. Maybe I need to change my lucky socks, or wash them... | |

| Happy Monday.
WOTC shipping today, so new retail kits, SW Saga books & more for Thursday.
Weds, D&D RPG - looking forward to getting some respect for my poor rogue character.
Thurs, DDM - 200 points sanctioned.
Saturday, lots of stuff - DreamBlade and SW Starships at 10 am, League at 1:00. I'd like to play in it all, but with my staff situation probably won't play in any.
Still working on new prize schedule.

I need a Bone Naga but all I have for trade right now is a Stone Giant Runecarver. If you're interested, let me know.

(First off, let me apologize for the long post in the middle of an otherwise smooth-flowing thread, and I know that this isn't the trade thread, but I'd rather do local trades instead of out of province/out of country trades.)
I have come to a turning point of sorts in my minigaming career. I have been playing both DDM and SWM (Star Wars Minis for you non-believers) for a few months now, and I've racked up a pretty good collection of both, though my D&D collection pales in comparison to SWM. As much as I enjoy both games, I feel that it is time for me to make some decisions....
I am in love with Star Wars Minis - I am first and foremost a fan of that game. I think I need to concentrate more on it than on DDM. Money-wise, I can't support a decent collection in both games. I will definitely continue to play DDM, but I think I'm going to limit myself to two factions rather than try to get everything I can. I have decided that I'm going to stick with Chaotic Good and Chaotic Evil. Being a highly-chaotic individual in real life (hopefully more Good than Evil), this seemed the logical choice to make.
Therefore, I am offering the following Lawful Good/Evil minis for trade (I'll still keep a few of my favorites).

I've been toying with the idea of adding more SWM to the schedule, hard to fit it in with it already being jam packed with other events. I guess the question is for the Battleships players, is going twice a month still good for you?
The major problem is shared player pools. Most of the SWM players are Battleships players too so it might be pointless to run both events at the same time. And for the summer we're throwing Dreamblade into that mix. So many games so little time..... | | | |

you sure having the league on a thursday instead of saturday is a good idea? When I asked for feedback earlier that's what everyone said they prefered. The thinking is over the summer months people will be away during the weekends at the lake or whatever.
If the majority prefer it be on a Saturday speak out and it can be changed. In July the 2nd Saturday where it would normaly have been doesn't work as I have to work that Saturday. | | | |
