| Order 66, page 36 of the new rulebook "A character with this special ability may be in a squad with Emperor Palpartine, Sith Lord, regardless of faction. Characters from previous sets whose names contains the words "Clone Trooper" are also considered to have Order 66, even though it is not printed on their stat cards."
The Arc Trooper apears to be an oversight on WoTC's part. Or maybe the Arc Troopers are independant enough to resist Order 66's brainwashing. | | Pathetic Earthlings. | | They are not affected by Order 66, I think i'm pretty sure it fits with both story/ruleness. They where personally trained by Jango, and they aren't "Clone" Troopers just Troopers. | | The Saint of Conformity

| figured it would be something along those lines. They could have included ARC troopers in the description of Order 66 but by excluding it they added to the usefulness of the ARC and matched some of the story expectations.

| | Too bad they never did an Arc Trooper Sergeant, although I could always just re-paint the blue red. | | Pathetic Earthlings. For now. There is some talk that they will be included in upcoming errata as being subject to Order 66. | | | |

| I hope not. I kind of liked Obi's boys in blue as they are. Also it would hurt the republic pretty bad. They'd be coming up pretty short on guys with guns. Of course I guess that is the point.

| Well, it was all the clones that did indeed hurt the republic really bad, so in a sense, this is true to the movie. :)

| Well. I mean I haven't seen episode three yet but really its not as the republic is going to collapse and a horrible evil empire is going to take over the galaxy.

| I spoke with the team at SWC3 about that. ARCs should have been subject to Order 66 but it was an ovrsite so they are not effected.
They used the excuse that they are programmed to have more individuality and were trained by Jango so it fits that they are not effected.
But all the clone troopers in Clone Strike are.
As far as a ARC Commander they are working on it. It will be in red highlighted armor with a pistol in each hand instead of a rifle. | | Champion of the Skulk Vindicated Champion of the Twig Blight

| Cool Beans! The Arc troopers are one of my favorite "Clone" sculpts from the set. I'm going to try a couple diffrent re-paints on them.

Awesome. Having Clone Wars playing in the background during our league last week, there were a lot of plans for Clone mods. Two Gun Clone Commander was #1 followed closely by Clone Heavy Weapons Trooper...

Now who are those guys? Is that the clone Trooper with a big 4-blaster cannon on his chest from Clone wars Chapter 21? It looked like the Millenium Falcon's turret gun on the guy :)
In other clone news they will be doing the republic commandos as minis...I think for set 5. Im not familiar with the game but they say there are 4 of them and have code names like Scorch. They are clone troopers in heavyer armor and they have a vibro blade that come out of their wrist like Predator or Wolverine. | | Champion of the Skulk Vindicated Champion of the Twig Blight

Thats one of them. Basically, any Clone carrying a BIG Gun- We saw Clones with Rocket Launchers, Gatling guns etc. Anyone to whom Heavy Weapon would apply. We were basically thinking Clone version of Senate Guard, minus the bodyguard ability.
