Jar Jar is in Episode 3...but I think his role is less that Bail Organa's role was in Episode 2. That is to say people may not realize he was even in it even though he was. As far as the mini is concerned....When I was at Celebration 3 they said that they didnt make Jar jar because so many fans hate him and they didnt want to make a mini no one wanted. I say nuts to that...we need a Jar Jar mini. Wether you liked him or hated him that doesnt change the fact that he was a MAJOR character in Episode 1. WotC NEEDS to make him.

Besides, although Jar-Jar himself was annoying. There was a lot of potential in the Gungans themselves. They had very cool technology, and with the exception of the one character who they were intelligent enough to banish, they seemed pretty cool. I'd personally like to see a few extra gungan figs, particularly with those shields.
