| It was nice to see 20+ entrants in this tourney, quite an accomplishment for DFW.
Mark Hay and the Comic Asylum did great with their first DDM tourny and we hope to have many more.
I had no real expectations regardsing Underdark. All I had seen was the official previews and a couple of the promos from Gencon, so it was interesting to see what fell out of my boxes...

I was tempted to jam in three hitters but would have ended up with a Commander 0 and LEE - no good. Also wanted the Neytar because the Merc Searg isn't much of a commander but then I was sacrificing activations which I knew would be important. Here's what I ended up with...

I was way more tentative than I should have been. I aslo did not take advantage of the Iron Golems slow speed and it almost cost me the game. My plan was to leave the royal guard to protect my iffy commander but he ended up being more useful standing in for the Bigby's from the Wiz. His Trogs basically chased my dark Creeper and then had no time to get into the main fight. My unfamiliarity with Underdark models allowed him to cath almost my entire band with the wolfs cone. The Iron Golem and Marut met in the middle and traded blows till time was called. I was 5 points ahead.
