| The Dragon's Den in Poughkeepsie NY is trying to get some local events going. They will be hosting some open play time to see if there is any interest in having a regular league start up.
This event will be from 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm. If we get players, the owner might be interested in a monthly league. There are some monthly league kits for participation though.

| Once we get Glumag indoctrinated to tournament play this weekend, he'll have to come over to the Den!
I'll have to see about scheduling my next trip as well....
We should harrang Dooku till he commits to coming over and giving Skirmish a try as well!

| As Dooku is close, about an hour or so away, we could work him over a little until he came to play.
This is a first attempt, and wont be the last. I'm working on the owner to start a regualr once a month event so that we can get more people involved and playing the game. There are several, all of which are not on maxminis, that come to play. | |

| Like I said, this is just one event. I am working on the owner to get a saturday night once a month for DDM. I think he is up for it as he is starting to play as well, but more for fun.
I know we will have the monthly kits for prizes as well, so we will have some cool stuff. We even have some really old kit pieces left, hidden some place. | |

This one is for the kids out of school for spring break. Next month it will be on a Saturday. I'm working with the hobbies guy and the owner to get dates set so we can start getting players in. AND... we just found out that yes we can sanction events and run the events for DCI. We do for other games MtG and Duelmasters, so why not DDM. | |
