| Hello everyone was hoping to get some ideas from some of you on how to make my warpstrike band a tad bit better. It is in its 4th evolution thru me and I was wanting to get other's idea on it's next evolution. I have had success with this band with a record of 9/3 since it became its latest evolution. Thanks for any help.

I like to team up the warp strikers with others to make sure I get the use of thier power and I can also say many of my victories have come from luck with the dice (like the 15 dice warpstike from the Book of Nothing that fried a Bright Hammer Avenger).

| | YOu should have a few darkheart cottges in there and when baxar's war comes out add in a hand ful of gent's and dacapitrix, perhaps a marian bound to pain as well. U only need one singer, 2 troopers,take out the blademaster, and take out the parasite. | | | |

| I'd replace a couple of the screamtroopers with Faceless stalkers, 7 is a more likely spawn roll than 6.
I'd also swap the bloated parasite for a 2nd scissors.
If you add a DHC, you might also want to add some creatures with skirmish. The tactic being to fight in a cell adjascent to the DHC & skirmish the warpstriker to the cottage, before assigning a blade for the warpstrike.
Until we see the full spoiler lists, we can't be sure whats the best things to add from Baxars. Or even if warpstrike is still a viable strategy. Gent is clearly strong with warpstrike & With a DHC, the Crypt worm would also be strong. | |
Don't worry about the current metagame. It doesn't matter if it's ugly, bad, or the best ever. In 2 years time, set rotation will ban everything. | |

| The best warpstrike bands I have seen or made involve the all-seeing mage. Doing a 13 Warpstrike is really amazing :-)
That involves a Darkheart cottage as well as your opponent having Janus as well.
To be honest we really enjoy playing these bands, it includes:
Scissor x3
Jack in the box x2
Knight of Strife and Joy
Darkheart Cottage x2
All Seeing Mage x2
The rest can depend on whether you want to pump in more Janus with the likes of the Mirrorman or require protection with the likes of the samurai or advance with the likes of the Scarab Warcharm or Lunar Handmaiden or Hawk Eyed Instigator. | | | |
