| Depends on the premise. If the spaceship has artificial gravity of the "Star Trek" variety, then it goes back to 0 g when the power goes out - plenty of possibilities of the slapstick or toilet humor variety.
The problem is, I can think of a slew of plausible un-funny things that could happen to a spacecraft that loses power (though I suppose any could be morphed into a funny idea). Consider Apollo 13 where they didn't fully lose power but had to keep shutting systems down to conserve a limited power supply. Your air circulation system would shut down. You temperature control systems would stop, either leading to freezing conditions or overheating, depending on the outside environment. Your sensor systems would no longer warn of impending collisions. Automated control and propulsion systems would shut down, possibly leaving your ship at the mercy of inertia - then again, the ship's system desing might allow some sort of manual mechanical control to operate propulsion separate even if electric power was off. Your comm systems would shut down (possibly a funny situation, a la Cingular wireless commercials). Lights would go out, leaving darkness except where emergency lighting ran off it's own independent power sources. In another Star Trekkish vein, a ship with a highly volatile fuel source could lose containment of the fuel.
Okay, the more I write, the more I think about possibilities. What if your ship had an artificial intelligence running things? When the power goes out, it switches to battery backup power. But to conserve power, much of the AI computer goes to sleep resulting in an AI that goes from super-genius to super-moron.
The ship has a swimming pool. Power goes out, artificial gravity goes down, the water of the pool begins wandering randomly through the ship. Globules of water dowse appropriate characters at appropriate times. What's worse is that the water finds its way into electrical panels, so that when power comes back up, there are electrical shorts resulting in unusual malfunctions such as someone's private video collection being displayed on the captain's tactical overview, or intercom panels get cross-connected so that what character A thought he said to B actually was heard by C. The food dispenser mixes crew members' dietary requirements (perhaps some crew members belong to alien races). Artificial gravity begins suffering random fluctuations. Etc.
The captain is an alien that requires constant microwave background radiation or he begins to go mentally unstable. Power goes out and so does the background radiation.

I would think that the power going out on a spaceship would be a little like power going out on a submarine--definitely not funny.
So, let's suppose the power goes out and yet everyone is going to be okay.
...
Um, food poisoning. Something weird with the food. Everyone gets sick, like on Family Guy.

Yeah, I think i'm gonna do some campfire style cooking this weekend. Smores, Hot dogs, and Pork & Beans.
I'll do it at my training seminar this weekend.
