Comments 1: The Lamia can't handle all the power coming at it. 2: The map heavily benefits 11, there are just too many ways for 11 to exploit it. 3: This match doesn't go easily in either direction. Ultimately, the attacks from a distance wear away 7 until there isn't enough power left to make up the difference. 4: The map is great for both bands, but the Shadow Dragon can't quite carry his burden thanks to two enemy Driders. 5: This match goes the way it does because of the map. Otherwise, I'm not sure 3 would win. 6: The presence of the Driders renders the Shadow Dragon vulnerable. If 5 can't shut down 10's Wild Mage, it's all over. If 5 moves too aggressively to try to shut it down, it's all over. 7: Too much fire power from a distance. 8: The STG is too fragile to deal with an Ice Archon and a Wild Mage.

1) The Wild Mage will hurt, p15 wins. 2) The Underdark Quad is stronger p11 takes the victory. 3) Very fast beatsticks vs. weak melee power, easy call, p7. 4) Having a Champion is good way to win more inits. I think this will favor p 2) 5) The RSS handles the biggest threat and Thrall could be removed with a ranged attack or an special abillity, p3 wins 6) I'm not a fan of short activation warbands, p10. 7) Hard to say but I think p12 has the better overall options in this matchup. 8) 2 RSS and the Wildmage will save the day for p6.

| Real quick, last time was too detailed. 1. Player 15 2. Player 11 3. Player 1 4. Player 14 5. Player 9 6. Player 10 7. Player 16 8. Player 6
1. Freak showdown...Contagion doesn't stack, so the bodyguard keeps the death beetles out of the game, and the Wild Mage bringing pain. 2. Player 11....map sexiness, more options. 3. Player 1...if smart. Again, the map makes a much bigger impact on this round. 4 & 5. Hard freaking decisions. 6. Player 10...the Bone Naga just isn't enough to turn the tide. 7. Player 16. I originally didn't like this warband but the more I look at this match up and the pieces in this particular warband, the more I think the oddball warband has the upper hand. 8. Those dual swarms can shut down the enemy's plan far too quickly...

| 4- the only map where the wildmage doesn't get the drop. By round 2 the thrall will be eating wildmage and the lamia infests wildmage, bg, or bat and all three take dmg next round or suffer OA from thrall. Lamia takes blasts means rot scarab makes it to the fray and that is bad news with infests. Kalastar can't bodyguard infest dmg. Even with focus on the lamia the thrall gets a ton o hp by the time the lamia falls. On most other maps 4 loses. 13- AoE+ activations+ great fodder = win 7- I like 7's distributions vs range. On another map it goes the other way. 14- I like the archon; I dislike shadowdragons. 9- like the vrok; still dislike shadowdragons. 10-bone naga not optimum. 16- spectral panther charge for the win 8- dual swarm for the win. | | Rock Bottom Pricing: Arcane Archer 30, Centaur Hero 67, Human Cleric of Bane 25, Gold Champion 34, Death Knight 52, Goblin Blackblade 9, Silentwolf Goblin 7, Orc Raider 10, Dwarf axefighter 9, Healer 9, Thaskor 65, Aspect of Demogorgon 71, Ogre 9, Fire Giant 79, Human Wanderer 7, Drunken Master 18, Barghest 12, Longstider Barbarian 27, Longtooth Barbarian 22, Frost Giant 76, Ravenous Vampire 42, Large Earth Elemental: priceless | |

Totally just had to ask if that was "Dual Swarms" ftw or "against Dual Swarms" ftw. Player 6 is the one with Swarms, Player 8 is the one without them. Can't tell if it's a mistake (Player number same as the Match number) or a "hahah, you have dual swarms and lose" comment. (Not my warbands so I figured I'd ask so the folks who made those warbands don't feel they're outing themselves by asking).
