From looking through threads here I noticed reference to "Comprehensive Rules". Is this another rule document or ?
Would check the WoTC site but is down for me atm. | |

| It's as official as it can be, so far. It will be used by the judges at GenCon, and it is generally recommended by them to be used by other judges.
The blue text has, as it were, already passed inspection by WotC and is on its way to being included in official updates.
The red stuff is on its way.
At least, that's how the FAQ presents it.

Its too good a work to nitpick over how official it is, but I'd agree its as offical as it can be for a non official document.

There are a few glitches that are on tap to get fixed.

Yes. I saw the flanking one and no doubt few other imperfections which aint unusal. Be good if they had a listing of correctiosn to be in teh FAQ but theres enough work going into it already. | |

I really like the TOC and Glossary and that the terms ins the GLossary have section references to find the info in the main body of the document.Â
