| As the title states, what is your favorite faction and why? what are your favorite mini in that faction?
I think mine is the wilderness faction. I like the style of play of alot of the minis, good chargers[Cyclops,Centaur Hero,WeW] nice ranged[Cliffwalk Archer,Storm Archer,Kobold Archer,Elf Archer] and one of my favorite champions the Bralani. | |

| *laughs* I love how everyone jumped straight to 1.0 factions. Personally, I'm finding that to be the most difficult change to accept with 2.0. I am always finding myself thinking LE, CE, LG, CG instead of Civ, Border, UD, or Wild. As far as my favorite faction.. in theory, I really like Wild (CG is my equivalent). I love the variety of creatures, and scratches my itch to root for the animals and monsters who are largely there in every single fantasy/sci fi game to be beaten, tortured, slaughtered, mutilated, and generally abused. In practice, however, I'm all about UD (CE...). This is admittedly a part of said monsterphilia I mentioned above, but it features a lot of tactics that I favor; namely the conditions and absurdly weird stuff they do. (doncha love Ropers?) | |

| As a fairly new player, I'm actually kind of glad we have the shift away from moral absolutes like the old alignment section. It was always so....well, giving mechanical excuses to not play well with others as well as making me wonder why morality was Ethnically based, with the exceptions of humans. It was almost....racist in that goofy "do we kill all goblins because we know they're an evil race" versus "We KILL ALL GOBLINS BECAUSE WE ARE SO GOOD WE MUST SUPPORT GENOCIDE AGAINST THE RACES THAT OPPOSE US." Well, sort of like that. :)
Faction-wise, I'm a fan of Wild, with Underdark a close second. Both factions give me totally weird options and each has a few unique tricks that you don't see in the Faction Angry, Faction Smash tactics the other factions seem to revolve around. Also, I like underdogs and all the hate on the forums has been to Wild & Underdark. I'd be lying if I said I didn't look harder for fun stuff in those faction simply because people kept telling me they were trash.

| I'm going to have to go with Civ and lean toward good.
I like making armies in all factions (I just like putting together different armies dammit) and prefer evil but for some reason I've done better with my good civ teams and they grew on me like an out of control fungus. human/humaniod/angel characters
I don't have a favorite piece but I do tend to use the the Cleric of Pelor alot. I like to combo the characters. Right now I've got a good/civ epic team with no huge or epic charaters on it but it packs a mean punch all the same.
My second fav would have to be wilderness Hot7W beast team. | | | |

| 1.0 - I liked LE and LG best for fun, but played CG competatively because it was more my style. CE never worked for me.
2.0 - I like the flavor of Underdark best, but I play Civ/Borderlands in competative environments. Hardly ever play Wild.
